Abstract :
In this study, we have investigated the nonextensive effects on the time evolution of Kanai–Caldirola oscillator that is well-known in quantum optics. For this purpose, the Hamiltonian of Kanai–Caldirola oscillator has been generalized within Tsallis thermostatistics. By using SU(1,1) coherent states, the classical equation of motion of generalized Kanai–Caldirola oscillator has been obtained and the effect of nonextensivity has been clearly illustrated in the figures.
