Necessity of Extradition of Offenders in Today World

Escaping from criminal tolerance is a natural thing and to do so, the offender resorts to every method. Leaving the country where the crime has been occurred and settling in another country is one the easiest ways that today offenders select it regarding development of transportation vehicles in today world. As a necessity and a part of executing justice, extradition of offenders is accounted one of important issues in international criminal law. In this paper, it is tried to describe extradition of offenders and existing problems.
