The role of Cooperative activity in industrial launching and creating jobs

Launching of those industries which are related to agricultural section could lead to job creating and agricultural development. In addition, launching complete or the conversion agricultural industries is required to maintain the wastes of agricultural products and ultimately to achieve national development. Moreover, economic growth, sustainable job creation, increased welfare, alleviation of poverty and unemployment, enhance value-added agricultural products could be consequences of agricultural industries launching. Since, the philosophy of improving cooperatives is gathering people in the core of cooperative to supply joint needs and reduce different pressures so the cooperatives supply members needs and increased the spirit of pluralism and use power of all people to support the unit needs. In fact, the cooperative is one of the nongovernmental reliable methods for accumulation financial capital and workforces to set up industries. The main objective of this study, which executed based on descriptive method, was to express ways to justify the need for cooperative activities in Iran conditions to launch agricultural-based industries.
