Abstract :
In the current study, the quantitative simulation of Mahidasht Plain water table in
Kermanshah province has been performed using the software Modflow. Firstly,
water ground hydraulic flow model was conducted and then the observational
and pumping wells located at the area were imported to the software, and after
entering each well level and the height of zone piezometers and determining
wellsʹ pumping discharge and the calibration of collected data to obtain
maximum accuracy in calculations, the area was simulated in terms of recharge
and discharge, and the extracted software related to water balance and water
loss were analyzed in a one-year time interval based on the present trend.After
the water ground stagnation level was determined at the end of the simulation, it
was indicated that the present utilization of such aquifer with regard to the
aquifer loss and the negative 10*106 m3. Resulting from water balance is not
reasonable and the aquifer face extreme loss dangers in drought years will.
