Today organizations are spending billions of dollars on learning and small amount of the learning is actually transferring to the job. Because of the low numbers associated with learning transfer, organizations are demanding evidence of increased and improved performance. The main aim of this study was to discriminating partner farmers in Diffusion-Push Plans of Fars Province according to Learning Transfer. A stratified random sampling containing 120 participants in Diffusion-Push Plans of Fars province was collected. The classification results reveal that 95% of farmers were classified correctly into „participants with low, mediate and high learning transfer? groups. Participants with high learning transfer were classified with slightly better accuracy (97.4%) than participants with low learning transfer (93.3%) and participants with mediate learning transfer (88.9%).
