Abstract :
The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of advertising media on Navard Fulad Gilan Company from the customers’ view.Current study has an applied aim which leads to gaining practical results in increased sales. This study used descriptive method to collect data which seeks to gain real and detailed data about the phenomenon. Also, it is a survey research in which the questionnaire is used to collect data. From another point of view, this is a correlation (descriptive research) and field research.Data collection procedure is a field method through questionnaire and library. The study population is consumers of company’s products in Gilan province (600 customers) and sample size determination was based on the limitation of statistical sample through Krejcie and Morgan sampling formula that was equal to 234.Also, inferential statistics has been used including KS test to examine variables normality, and Spearman and chi-square test to evaluate the relationships between variables.
