Abstract :
Despite to evaluate the cultural differences between priviate and state banks the questionnaires was Hofstedeʹs cultural dimensions and the questionnaire was used, which is four dimension. To assess reliability, Cronbachʹs alpha was used. The results showed that the reliability was good. The results show that financial managers in the public sector or the private sector, based on Hofstedeʹs cultural dimensions of masculinity, collectivism, power distance and uncertainty as to distinguish avoided. Cultural aspects of the public sector does not affected solely on the assurance of a positive impact. While the cultural dimension of financial managers in the private sector has a positive effect on the quality of banking services.
