Abstract :
In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in the adoption of emerging sensing technologies for instrumentation within a variety of structural systems. Iridium oxide as an stable and interesting material for pH sensor in variuse temperature and pressure was paid attention by a lot of researchers. In this study an overview of different methods for fabrication of IrO2 pH sensors and their application are presented.
