Parallel frictional contact algorithms and industrial applications Original Research Article

In this paper various parallel strategies to solve frictional contact problems are introduced in the frame of hybrid formulations. The discussion is focussed on element-by-element factorizations and domain decomposition methods. Two industrial applications are presented.
