Molecular mechanics simulations of the three-dimensional cavity problem Original Research Article

We analyze a molecular simulation of some three dimensional cavity problems. The fluid is water at 15∘C. Primary and secondary vortices are generated as are molecular trajectories. It is shown that three dimensional and two dimensional simulations differ.
