Optimization of a multinozzle ink-jet printer Original Research Article

We consider the behavior of a vibrating fluid cavity of a multinozzle ink-jet printer. Small nozzles are uniformly distributed in one direction on a side of the cavity. A theoretical and numerical study of the optimal control of the vibrations is done in order to obtain homogeneous fluid velocities at each nozzle.
