Abstract :
AmodelforflowsheetcalculationsofsolventextractionprocessesinreprocessingofTh-basedspentfuelsisproposedandtwocomputerprograms,oneforextractionsectionandtheotherforscrubbingsectioncalculations,aredeveloped.RecoveriesanddecontaminationfactorsarecalculatedforastandardThorexmethodusedforreprocessingTh-basedspentfuels.ResultscomparewellwiththoseinliteratureandthemodelprovidesasimplemeanstostudytheThorexmethod.
