Abstract :
Thewearperformanceofgraphiteusedinthehigh-temperaturegas-cooledreactor(HTR-10)wasresearched.Thewearmechanism,wornsurfaceandweardebriswereanalyzedunderSEM.Undertestconditions,thewearratewas2.27×10−7g/mforsurfacecontact,and1×10−6g/mlevelforlinecontact.Themainwearmechanismsofgraphiteweregrooveandfatigue.Theprojectedareaofweardebrisfollowedthelogarithmnormalschool,givingmostweardebrisasasmallsphereandlargeflakedebrisasonlyasmallpart.
