Abstract :
Structuraldesignanalysesareconductedwiththeaimofverifyingtheexclusionofratchetting.Tothisenditisimportanttomakeacleardistinctionbetweentheshakedownrangeandtheratchettingrange.Theperformedexperimentcomprisedahollowtensionspecimenwhichwassubjectedtoalternatingaxialforces,superimposedwithconstantmoments.First,aseriesofuniaxialtestshasbeencarriedoutinordertocalibrateaboundedkinematichardeningrule.TheloadparametershavebeenselectedonthebasisofpreviousshakedownanalyseswiththePERMAScodeusingakinematichardeningmaterialmodel.Itisshownthatthisshakedownanalysisgivesreasonableagreementbetweentheexperimentalandthenumericalresults.Alinearandanonlinearkinematichardeningmodeloftwo-surfaceplasticityarecomparedinmaterialshakedownanalysis.
