Abstract :
Whenaflowobstructionsuchasacylindricalspacerissetinaboilingtwo-phaseflowwithinanannularchannel,theinnertubeofwhichisusedasaheater,thetemperatureonthesurfaceoftheheatingtubeisseverelyaffectedbyitsexistence.Insomecases,thecylindricalspacerhasacoolingeffect,andintheothercasesitcausesthedryoutofthecoolingwaterfilmontheheatingsurfaceresultingintheburnoutoftheheatingtube.
