Abstract :
TheHTTRmainlyconsistsofthecorecomponents,reactorpressurevessel,coolingsystems,instrumentationandcontrolsystems,andcontainmentstructures.Thedesignofremainingutilitysystemsisdescribedinthispaper.Theyare:auxiliaryheliumsystems,whichincludetheheliumpurificationsystem,theheliumsamplingsystem,theheliumstorageandsupplysystem;fuelhandlingandstoragesystem.Theheliumpurificationsystemsareinstalledintheprimaryandsecondaryheliumcoolingsystemsinordertoreducethequantityofchemicalimpurities.Theheliumsamplingsystemsmonitortheconcentrationofimpurities.Theheliumstorageandsupplysystemskeepthesteadypressureoftheheliumsystemduringthenormaloperation.Thefuelhandlingandstoragesystemisutilisedtohandlethenew-andspent-fuelssafelyandreliably.
