Abstract
Topreventcreep-fatiguefailureorexcessivedeformationinhigh-temperaturecomponentsoffastreactorplants,accurateestimationofinelasticdeformationisessential.Inperforminginelasticanalysis,employmentofconstitutivemodels,whichcanpreciselyreproduceinelasticdeformationofthematerialisofcriticalimportance.Theauthorshavebeenengagedinthedevelopmentofinelasticconstitutivemodelfortheuseinstructuraldesignassessmentofliquidmetal-cooledfastreactorplants.VariousimprovementsweremadeonthenonlinearhardeningmodelproposedbyOhnoandWang,placinganemphasisoncapabilitytosimulateinelasticdeformationbehaviorofausteniticstainlesssteels,underregularorirregularcyclicloadingpossiblywithtemperaturevariationandholdtime.Itwasdemonstratedthatthemodelcansimulatetheinelasticdeformationbehaviorundervariousloadingconditionswithasufficientaccuracy.
