Abstract :
ThispaperpresentstheresultsofanumericalexperimentontheinfluenceofthevoidfractionprofileonthedistributionparameterC0inahorizontalbubblytwo-phaseflow.Itwasshownthatfornon-symmetricvoidfractionprofiles,whichoccurnormallyinhorizontalflows,thedistributionparametermaybelessthan1.Inthiscase,theratioofthevolumetricflowqualityβtotheaveragevoidfraction〈α〉canalsobelessthan1.
