Abstract :
Thepromptsupercriticalprocessofanuclearreactorwithtemperaturefeedbackandinitialpowerwhileinsertinglargestepreactivity(ρ0>β)isanalyzed.Thenewanalyticexpressionsofreactivityandoutputpoweraswellasreactorʹstemperatureincreaseduringthecourseofthepromptsupercriticalarederived.Themaximalpowerandtherelatedreactivityandtimeareobtained.Theeffectsoftheinsertedstepreactivityandinitialpoweronthepromptsupercriticalprocessareanalyzedanddiscussed.Itisfoundthatforconsideringonlytheeffectofpromptneutronthereactivity,powerandtemperaturevarymuchmorequicklyandthepowerpeakvalueandtheincreasevaluesoftemperaturearelargerthanthoseforconsideringtheeffectofbothpromptneutronanddelayedneutron.
