Global univalence of partially proper local homeomorphisms Original Research Article

A local homeomorphism View the MathML source of connected topological manifolds is shown to be one-to-one if it is one-to-one on certain components of fibers f−1(u) and g−1(v), and satisfies a fiber overlap condition. This yields and analogue of Hadamardʹs theorem on proper local homeomorphisms that requires only partial properness (at the expense of an overlap condition).
