A computational verification method of existence of solution for elastoplastic torsion problems with uniqueness Original Research Article

We propose a numerical method to verify the existence and uniqueness of solutions to elasto-plastic torsion problems. We numerically construct a set containing solutions which satisfies the hypothesis of Banach fixed-point theorem in a certain Sobolev space.
