Algebraic approach to the eigenstates of the quantum Calogero model confined in an external harmonic well

Algebraic treatment of the quantum Calogero model confined in an external harmonic well is presented. The method is based on the quantum inverse scattering method with the sum-to-zero condition. Integrability of the model is demonstrated. Relation to the W∞-algebra is also demonstrated.
