A Remark on the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation and the Hausdorff Dimension of Spacetime

We point out a possibility for a fundamental connection between the COBE satellite measurement of the microwave background radiation and the inverse of the Hausdorff dimension of quantum spacetime. Finally we give a derivation of the fine structure constant in terms of an 11-dimensional manifold.
