A probabilistic approach to the site percolation problems using fractal tree

A simple method based on the use of conditional probabilities, for deriving the particle cluster distribution is discussed for the site-percolation problem. The method is applied to a fractal tree (Inhomogeneous Bethe lattice) in the case of finite clusters. The extrema of the corresponding distribution are analytically analyzed and the known results for the homogeneous case are obtained.
