Study of the impact oscillator with elastic coupling of masses

The purpose of the presented investigations is to determine an influence of (i) changes of two different models of the friction force and (ii) of small changes in the system main parameters on the dynamics of the system under consideration. One of the objectives of the present study is to answer the question how the stiffening of this mass affects the behaviour of the system and what the dynamic responses to changes in the stiffness coefficient are.
