Condition and Nature of Modern Science and Islamic Science

ABSTRACT: Science and its obtained knowledge in Islamic religious beliefs and Iranʹs culture and civilization is beyond the material world, martyrdom, and nature, and its sources are more than sense and intellect, but also inspiration and intuition are considered as the sources of knowledge. While rejecting the sources of inspiration and intuition of scientific knowledge, enlightenment age and modernity era analyzed two sources of wisdom and sense. Following it, some followed wisdom and they created the school of wisdom originality and denied any sensory knowledge. Some considered sense as the only trusted source and set aside rational knowledge and they founded the school of experience originality. Besides re-read the definition of science, this article has sought to examine the effects of this landscape change in a library method.
