Abstract :
ABSTRACT: According to todayʹs topics about human rights based on human rights standards that has been set on heading news of social and political discourses, and European countries claim themselves as establishers of the international human rights system and for advertising and political operation they search basics of this system in the views of European scholars, therefore, in this study, attempts have been made to point at some basic human rights inSaadi’s works, the wisePersian scientist, that what the thought and culture of his poems is , never issued by others.To achieve the final goal of this research, many varieties of legal and literary texts have been used, which its results have been set in five-sections. The first chapter introduces Saadi and his works and thoughts and in the second chapter examines of the legal concepts and its principles has been discussed. In the third chapter, the Islamic perspective of the human rights has been studied. In the fourth chapter briefly discusses the issue of whether the doctrine of Saadi, was affected by the revelation of God and holy religion of Islam? In The fifth chapter is presented the examines of the legal opinions ofSaadi From the perspective of respecting to the indigenous rights of people,whichconsistsofthreeparts: Part one , Saadi and innate human rights, part two Saadi and social and economic rights, and the third part is Saadi and the law of war (humanitarian).
