Abstract :
It is considered that the extrinsic gravitational attraction related to the spiral galaxy flat
rotation curve problem is an emergent property of any non-spherically symmetric gravitationally
bound distribution of luminous matter. Also discussed briefly within the context of
this model are the hierarchy problem, the fractal nature of interaction, as well as rigid body
rotation and asymptotic freedom.
