Absence of scale anomaly to all orders in nonrelativistic self-dual Chern-Simons theory

Perturbation theory of the nonrelativistic Chern-Simons field theory is studied in connection with the Ahronov-Bohm scattering problem. It is shown that divergences cancel in every order of perturbation theory if the strength of the contact interaction is equal to the critical value.
