Abstract :
The collective excitation spectra of the ϱ meson triplet in neutron matter is studied, with particular emphasis on the breaking of the discrete p ↔ n symmetry leading to a mass splitting among the charge states (ϱ±, ϱ0) and modification of the form of the polarization tensor. The effect of the tensor interaction in the ϱ nucleon vertex on the dispersion characteristics is studied.
