A modified Ozer-Taha type cosmological model

A modified version of the Ozer and Taha nonsingular cosmologicla model is presented on the assumption that the universeʹs radius is complex if it is regarded as empty, but it contains mattar when the radius is real. It also predicts the values: ΩM ≡ ϱMϱC ≈ 43, ΩV ≡ ϱVϱC ≈ 23 and Ω− ≡ ϱ_ϱC ⪡ 1 in the present nonrelativistic , where ϱM = matter density, ϱV = vacuum energy density, ϱ_ = negative energy density and ϱC = critical density.
