Hamiltonian Sp(3) BRST symmetry: existence theorems

The possibility of the extension of the BRST symmetry to the symplectic group sp(3) for the dynamical systems with first class independent constraints is proved in the Hamiltonian approach. The connection between the gauge fixing procedure into this larger symmetry and those used by the standard BRST theory is discussed.
