Abstract
In the framework of semihard QCD approach, we consider the differential cross sections of inclusive D∗± meson production at HERA. We find that the slopes of the calculated pT spectra are sensitive to the Pomeron intercept parameter Δ. We present a comparison of the theoretical results with available ZEUS data and derive an estimation for the value of Δ.
