Comment on: “Proton polarization shifts in electronic and muonic hydrogen”: [Phys. Lett. B 463 (1999) 317-322]

The starting point of the article by Rosenfelder [Phys. Lett. B 463 (1999) 317; hep-ph/9903352] is that the proton polarization shifts are expressed through the total photoabsorption cross-section σγ(ν). In fact, it is not so, even under the conditions formulated by Rosenfelder [Phys. Lett. B 463 (1999) 317; hep-ph/9903352].
