Rare B→ℓ+ℓ−γ decay and new physics effects

Using the most general, model independent form of the effective Hamiltonian rare decays B→ℓ+ℓ−γ (ℓ=μ,τ) are studied. The sensitivity of the photon energy distribution and branching ratio to the new Wilson coefficients is investigated.
