Abstract :
ABSTRACT: This study was carried out using 12 ISSR primers, to genetic diversity evaluation for 12 accessions of 5 fistula populations. In addition, 85 bands were scored using these primers, that polymorphism were showed for 75 bands. Primer IS2 with 13 bands had the highest and primer IS12 with 4 bands had the lowest number of bands. The lowest percent of polymorphism belonged to IS12 (50%) and the primers of Is1, Is9, Is3, Is14, Is16, Is6 had the highest percent of polymorphism (100%). The results of Shannonʹs information index (I), Neiʹs gene diversity (He), number and percentage of polymorphic bands showed a high genetic variation between populations. Similarity matrix based on Diceʹs coefficient, cluster analysis and Scatter plot based on first and second axis from principal coordinate analysis for accessions, showed that genetic variation did not agreement with the geographical distribution. In addition the population of brojen had the highest distance with Ireland and the population of Tavankesh had the highest similarity with Kamiaran. For accessions also can be said the accession of I1 (Irland) had the highest similarity with K2 (Kamiaran) and the accessions of B4 (Brojen) had the highest distance with T1 (Tavankesh).
