Abstract :
This case illustrates the management by a primary care physician of a child with Down syndrome who had recurrent
balanitis. Various methods of management were tried. Eventually it was just by practicing proper genitalia hygiene
and using the sitz bath, that actually produce success in settling the recurrent balanitis. The use of sitz bath provides
an alternative in the management of balanitis will be described here.
