Generalized α-diagonal dominance

In order to achieve further investigation, new extended concepts of so-called α-generalized diagonal dominance are introduced. These extended diagonal dominant matrices introduced are all subclasses of nonsingular H-matrices, and extended practical sufficient conditions of nonsingular H-matrices and nonsingular M-matrices are presented.
