Abstract :
This paper presents a new efficient parameter method for integration of the highly
oscillatory integral

0 f .x/ei!g.x/dx with an irregular oscillator. The effectiveness and
accuracy are tested by means of numerical examples for the case where g.x/ has stationary
points.
