Hyperfinite quantum random walks

Using the methods of non-standard analysis, hyperfinite quantum random walks are constructed. Properties of these quantum processes are analyzed and expressions for their characteristic functions and free propagators are derived. The amplitude evolutions of these processes are described by the usual Schrödinger and Dirac equations.
