RELPAC: A reliability & quality control software package

There are many procedures and programs that can be applied to the solution of reliability and quality control problems. Fitting probability distributions to data, solution of reliability diagrams, designing acceptance sampling plans, and constructing and using control charts are just some of the tasks that may be involved. RELPAC (RELiability PACkage) is a collection of PC tools that can be used to help solve many of these problems. It contains 34 different programs. The package has been used very successfully in a graduate course in Reliability and Quality Control taught by the Industrial Engineering Department at the University of Houston, and has also been utilized in an industrial short course on reliability.
