Multi-dimention dynamic testing of multi-hierarchy man-power and its expert system of group optimization

Because of the rapid development of the science and technology, Relative Multi-Hierarchy Man-Power (Abbreviated as MHMP) are required. So higher demands about their knowledge structure, intelligent structure, creativity, social relation, psychology quality, personality character and adaption capacity to environmentare proposed. But so far, there isnʹt a system which can test the integrated quality of the MHMP. This results in the Lacking of the science and resonable in the management system of the MHMP and prevents the development of the special skill of the MHMP.
