Mathematical model for the optimization of the allocation of nonferrous raw materials in China

Taking the management point of view at a high level of administration, this paper describes the model formulation of the optimized allocation of nonferrous raw materials countrywide in China, which is of great technical and economical significance. The databases and computer system design with personal computers are recommended and some results and conclusions included.
