Reason: The article published in Volume 28, issue 11, pages 1131–1139 was retracted as subsequent to publication it was found to be substantially the same as Shortest Paths with Euclidean Distances: An Explanatory Model, by B L Golden and M Ball, published in Networks, Volume 8 (1978), pages 297–314.
