Abstract :
A Markoviansingleserverfeedbackretrialqueuewithlinearretrialrateandcollisionsofcustomersis
studied. Usinggeneratingfunctiontechnique,thejointdistributionoftheserverstateandtheorbitlength
under steady-stateisinvestigated.Someinterestingandimportantperformancemeasuresofthesystem
are obtained.Finally,numericalillustrationsareprovided.
