Abstract :
Game theorymaybehelpfultoanalyzetherelevanceofgenesindeterminingaspecificbiologicalcondi-
tion orresponseofinterest(e.g.adiseaseofinterest)inapopulationofcells.
The firstgoalofthispaperistounderstandhowaccurateistherelevanceindexprovidedbytheShapley
value ongamesarisingfrommicroarrayexperiments.Suchaquestionisthepreludetothesecondsub-
ject ofthispaper,whichconcernscomparisonbetweentherelevanceindicesunderdifferentbiological
conditions.
