Abstract :
The multi-moderesource-constrainedprojectschedulingproblem(MRCPSP)involvesthedetermina-
tion ofabaselinescheduleoftheprojectactivities,whichcanbeexecutedinmultiplemodes,satisfying
the precedencerelationsandresourceconstraintswhileminimizingtheprojectduration.Duringthe
executionoftheproject,thebaselineschedulemaybecomeinfeasibleduetoactivitydurationand
resourcedisruptions.Weproposeandevaluateanumberofdedicatedexactreactivescheduling
proceduresaswellasatabusearchheuristicforrepairingadisruptedschedule,undertheassumption
that noactivitycanbestartedbeforeitsbaselinestartingtime.Wereportonpromisingcomputational
results obtainedonasetofbenchmarkproblems.
