We show that when F y.GG y. for ygR, every solution of 1. tends to either a
constant or y` as nª`; while when F y.FG y. for ygR, every solution of
1. tends to either a constant or ` as nª`. In particular, if F y.ʹG y. for
ygR, then every solution of 1. tends to a constant as nª`.
