On the Growth of Meromorphic Functions with Two Radially Distributed Values*

The purpose of this note is to generalize the main result Theorem A.of A. Edrei Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. 78, 1955, 276]293., i.e., we shall show that the conclusion of Edrei’s result holds in many circumstances without the assumption of radial distribution of poles of the meromorphic function.
