Sequential Decision Making in Fuzzy Environment

In this paper we reexamine Bellman and Zadeh’s seminal paper on multistage decision making in a fuzzy environment. We propose a correction to their functional equation associated with a stochastic system and formulate a model for deterministic processes governed by fuzzy dynamics.
